189 - You know what it’s like to be around someone who is negative and how it drains your energy. You also know what it’s like to be around someone who is positive, how they lift you up and help you feel better…And if you’re being honest, you know you go down those negative rabbit holes too, filled with the “not enough thoughts, the self doubt, I don’t know how it can workout, this person is driving me nuts, etc.”
We ALL go there and if we’re not mindful of it, it can create results we don’t want. But when you understand how energy works and how it’s ALL about how YOU are communicating with yourself and others, you go there less and don’t let the negativity of anyone bring you down with them, you become the conscious boss of how you feel and therefore create AMAZING results while feeling good! In this episode and the following, we’re teaching you ALL about the different levels, how to spot them and tips to shift them if you want to.
